Emails have disappeared. Can they be recovered?

Employee received an email stating their box was full. They went in and cleaned everything up on the Homestead site. When they returned to Outlook, everything was gone. Can these emails be recovered?

We can place a ticket to restore the email back to a certain date. This is a service that you can purchase and it will be a one time $50 charge that is applied to the account.

I think you emailed a different question...  My emails were not self deleted.  My box showed 100% full with no notification.  It should not have been close to full.  I was losing business with no emails and frantically deleted.  This problems is not on my end.  I suggest being reserve about offering to make anything right at a cost to the damaged party.
