After the Email Platform Upgrade, what information will transfer over to my new email?

We’ll automatically be moving the following items to your new email:



  • All of the folders and email in your inbox


  • All of your current sent messages


  • Your address book and contacts


  • Your primary calendar (if you have more than one calendar, only the first calendar will be moved to the new platform)


  • Your automatic mail forwarding

For anyone who is unable to locate their "sent" emails please look for a sub folder in the Inbox s shown below.

We are very sorry for the issue that some of you are having with emails and/or contact lists that did not transfer over during the email migration. Our email admins have identified the problem and are working on a fix.

At this time, the best and fastest resolution that we can provide is to temporarily unlock your old Zimbra email accounts so that you can log in and access the data you need.

Once your old account is unlocked, you'll be able to log in at mail.homesteadmail.com and export the data you need.


If you need access to the old account, please just reply to this post and include the domain name for the email account you need access to.
