Hi kmngardens9375,

It opened up for me.  What browser are you using? Can you clear the browsing history and/or try a different browser?  Are you receiving any error message?

Thanks

Drew

I have been having similiar issue last several hours and sitebuilder just hangs there saying "Starting Up". I'm using firefox. Interesting I just got into site builder using Chrome. Tells me it's a firefox issue more than likely. Is there any known issue someone can trouble shoot for on firefox?

Good morning Rivqa9779,

There are not any known issues, but we have seen this before.  Some people can use on or the other, and some can use both.  My suspicion is that it is related to a browser add-on or combination of add-ons, but we don't know for sure.  We are continuing to test to see if we can track it down.

Can you tell us all the extras that are installed in Firefox?

Thanks

Drew

Hello Drew,
I don't have any addons at all but would plugins or extensions I've had for the last year be an issue. I do have a homestead sitebuilder plugin and normal things like microsoft word plugins, etc. I might play around with disabling a few to see if they have messed up for some reason or need updated.

You do need the Sitebuilder plugin, so don't test that one.  Let us know if you find any one or combination that causes the issue.

Gene0871, Can you go ahead and try again. I just logged in and was able to open all pages. If you still can't get in tell us what page you are trying to open and what you are seeing on your end.

No different result. After clicking Edit site, see Verifying ..., then Site Builder Plus starts but three bullets continue looping at 'Starting Up'.

Have you cleared your browser history?  If not, please do.  If so, then can you try Firefox and see if you get a different result.  Like Mike, I am able to get in.

Thanks

We are trying to track down this issue.  It seems that some plug-in or combination of plug-ins can sometimes prevent the browser from opening Sitebuilder Plus.  You try disabling some, or just use Firefox.
