I am trying to access the Advanced DNS settings and for the past week, I've been seeing the following error: "It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."
When can we expect resolution on this? I need to access these settings ASAP.

Select "Domains" tab > Manage Your Website Domains > Domain Control > Advanced DNS Settings.

I know where they are. When I navigate to that page in the Homestead site, I'm getting this error:
"It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

The message says "Please try again later." Perhaps that'll produce a solution.

You have transferred the domain to a company called Hover, but our system still thinks it is with us. I will switch it to a pointed domain.

Yes. We did transfer the domain to Hover, but the nameservers with Hover still point to Homestead. I wanted to confirm the DNS settings for MX records, etc before changing the nameserver to Hover. I could not do that due to the error.

That is because a pointed domain and a registered domain access the DNS in different ways. I have switched it and you should be able to access the DNS now.
