Advanced DNS not accessible

From the dashboard, last week the "Domains" item would bring me to a page where I could manage my several domains' DNS records, but now the link actually brings me to the "accountBilling.action" page where I don't have access to the things I'm expecting to see.  Is this a temporary technical problem?

When I hover over the link, it has mydomains.action in the URL, but I end up redirected to the URL mentioned above. I need to make a bunch of DNS changes so any input on this would be appreciated.

You will be able to access it for the rest of the day. If the account bills through you will have access again. When the account fails to bill on time, access to this page is removed until the account has billed again.
