Please note that while we offer this tutorial and it is tested and working at the time of creation, any support for Template File customization is outside of our Support Policy. Homestead recommends backing up your template files before editing them. If you require assistance with any design or customization, we recommend that you visit our community forums.

A jQuery slider that rotates on its own is one of the most popular ways to feature products or promotions in your store. In BigCommerce, it's a relatively easy process to do this, though you will need some proficiency with HTML/CSS and a photo-editing program, as well as knowing how to connect to your store's remote drive either via WebDAV. We'll cover the following types of popular sliders in this webinar:

  • Nivo 3.0.1

  • jQuery Panel Gallery 2.0

  • AD Gallery 1.2.7
