I'm trying to add a TXT record in the Advanced DNS section but get an error that this feature is temporarily having issues. It's been over a week and it still not working.  Can someone help me?

Hello John,

The name servers for this domain are pointing to another host ns45.domaincontrol.com and ns46.domaincontrol.com. To add a TXT record, you will need to speak with this company in regards to editing the DNS settings.

Hello Jimmie,

I was able to successfully add a TXT record to the advanced DNS. If you are still experiencing issues I can add the record from my end if you would like to provide it.

Michelle would you please add this txt file to all of my websites asap. I have no clue where the Root Domain is that Google demands. Thanks

Hello John,

I do apologize, the information provided is not a valid TXT record. Are you attempting to verify your domain with google? If so, we want to use the alternative method, Domain name provider.

In the option to verify your domain name there should be an option that says alternative methods, one of these methods will be domain name provider. Google will then provide a TXT records to add to the DNS.
