My homestead account is past due because my account info needs updating. However this problem should not exist considering that I have not changed credit cards and all other billing has been on time and correct. What is the deal with this problem?

I'm not sure why the billing didn't go through if your information hasn't changed. I'll set your account to try and bill again and if for any reason it's unable to bill your card, you'll receive an email notification.
