When you go to my website online, a blank screens says:
Account Suspended 
This Account has been suspended. Contact your hosting provider for more information.

I can not reach anyone from Homestead by phone. My billing information is up to date. What needs to be done so my clients can access my website?

Your Homestead account and the domain name are in good standing. However, I see your domain points to another host for the actual website files. You will need to reach out to the company who hosts your website files to see why that account may be suspended.
