account on hold - de-activated

our account is on hold - I have contacted the compliance dept. but cannot get an answer if what i sent in is what is needed to re-activate the account or if something else is needed.  I need to have our webpage. How can I find out what else I need to do or is it in the process of being activated?

My account is also on hold. I edited my information for my domain. I get the following..

IMPORTANT: Your contact information has been updated. ICANN's IRTP policy may keep these contact changes from being set until the domain's current and previous owners approve the authorization emails sent to them by the current registrar.
An email is being sent to an email address I no longer have. The email I am using is in the information I edited. I am the original and only owner of my domain name paulflo.com. since 2003.

I sent the compliance dept. a copy of my drivers license. I have not heard back yet. Can someone work with me on this?

I think you have the right infor there Paul. Compliance typically responds in 24-48 hours.

Alana2104, I see a reply from compliance that they did not receive a color copy of your driver's license with the same address as the domain contact info.

I have emailed the compliance dept. a color copy of the driver's license for the owner of the domain
