One of my clients is not receiving any email sent to their addresses. The domain is phillybannerexpress.com and there is a Sales, Curtis and Danny email account attached to it. I logged into webmail and had no problem sending out a message. I tried to send some test emails into the box and got and got the below error message 12 hours later from each mailbox:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 12.7 hour(s):

  * sales@phillybannerexpress.com

Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [Subject: "Test"] to sales@phillybannerexpress.com. It has been in queue too long, and will not attempt delivery again.

Final-recipient: rfc822; sales@phillybannerexpress.com

Any help on why messages are not going through would be a huge help. None of the boxes are over their quota. From what the client said, this started happening recently.

Can you tell me the email you are sending from to test?

It looks like you are using Godaddy nameservers and I do not see any MX records. This would prevent email from working as the Internet can't resolve mail traffic to your domain. You can add our DNS records by looking at this topic.
