A week or two ago, my junk mail has exploded!! Still going on today. Hope it is fixed soon.

My junk mail is going into my regular mail. Has been for the last couple of weeks. It is a problem because some of my important emails could get lost in all the junk emails. When will this be fixed?

We are truly sorry, we made a change to our spam filtering software that turned out to be a mistake. We are working on a new one now, configuring it for our new servers. I do not have an date for you, but things have been improving over the last couple of days and should continue to improve.

Agreed. This is awful! We've been patiently waiting, and there seems to be no change. It would be helpful if you would send an email update to everyone that uses your service, so we'd know what to do next.

I know. You have been great, and unfortunately there are only the 2 things you can do. First is to continue to wait it out. We will fix it and be better than before.

Or, you can move your email, temporarily or permanently, to another provider. We understand the need for email and know your business requires it. We are moving as quickly as possible to bring back a quality service, without skipping steps. If you can't wait, we would rather have you use a different email service that allows you to grow your business.

I have a website on your system, and moving it would be that I'd have to recreate it. Can I move ONLY my email?

Yes you can just move email. You can find a new email provider and we can help you change the MX records on your domain. Your website will be unaffected. You are free to research providers and use any you wish. We found one, and created a topic here to help you out. It is called Zoho

Please give us an idea when this problem will be fixed. Nothing has improved in more than a week. I continue to get spam, some marked as spam, some not. About ten messages an hour. Also, I know some messages are not getting to me and some are not getting to their destinations properly. Do I need to make arrangements for a new email carrier? Please advise.

I'm all done with this. I signed on with Intuit and Homestead is not holding up their end of the bargain. I have switched hosting companies. For the past 11 days my email box has been inundated with penis spam. Enough is enough. good bye Homestead.

Yet another week of this mess? I can't open or send emails, now I can't even make changes to my calendar. Of course, the spam (which I've never had before) is out of control. I have no idea why Intuit stayed with you guys after last spring. I'd like to switch but am in the process of closing my business. I only need about 2 more months' worth of email. Please, get it right. This is beyond anything I've ever experienced with such lack of a fix.

You should've notified us about the filter change, and the ensuing problem. Communication would help. So disgusted and exasperated.

I have been with Homestead for over 10 years and have never had an issue with emails. In the last 2 to 3 weeks I have seen nothing but bogus emails in my inbox...mixed in with legit emails. What gives???

Frustrated with the email. It is impossible to keep my business running without email. I have been waiting for weeks now for things to be working correctly. I have events coming up this week, that I must get to. I also have a client breathing down my neck to update his race site. Yet, I can't get access to the logos that he sent me on email.

I agree that there has been a lack of communication. Will homestead be offering a refund for the inconvenience that businesses have suffered? I am paying for a service that is NOT being provided.
