Please log out and clear your browsing history. Then log in again and try launching Sitebuilder. It may ask you to sync files. Please select keep local on the files.

Selecting Local Files is ideal at this moment to progress into your Sitebuilder.

I have the same problem. I went to local and I get the follow 500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. I am loosing money by the minute since I can't edit my site. www.MuscadinesAndMore.com PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!

I know that my site comes right up but the tells me to synk local and published. I click on local and the get the error.

Hans8560, Have you logged out of Homestead and cleared the browser, then log in and try again? The site loaded in Sitebuilder without sync or error when I tried. If you have done this, can you try a different browser?
