You are attempting to publish more than 5 pages. The account has a 5 page limit. You may delete or add pages to the account. 10 pages is $2/month

One is an error page. How do I get rid of it?

The siteerror404 page does not count towards the 5 page limit and should not be removed. Besides that page, you still have 6. You will need to remove one of the other pages or add more pages.

One more question.  Now the navigation bar keeps opening to the home page.

I am not sure what you mean. When going to the website, it will always go to the home page unless you go to a specific page by name. When I clicked the links in the navigation they each went to the page they were supposed to.
