3:00 PM MST: All issues have been resolved.

1:45 PM MST: It appears that the issue is resolving, and more and more are able to connect into email.Again, thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

11:30 AM MST: We have received reports of customers not being able to load into RoundCube to check email. This may be related to an outage with Comcast. Development is aware of the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: It is important to know that emails are still delivering.

to where?  and what about online forms? when they hit submit where are they going and will I get them?

When a form is submitted, it still delivers to the email box. If the emails are not delivering, then we can troubleshoot the specific email box. If this is the case, this would be unrelated to the outage that appears to be affecting Comcast and Comcast customers.
