Our engineers have found the cause of email delays and a fix is in place. We expect it will take some time to catch up.

7:40 AM (MST): Email delays are still expected, but customers are reporting emails are beginning to work again. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.
8:30 AM (MST): Emails should be working as intended now. We will continue to monitor traffic to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.12:00 PM (MST): The delay with emails should be completely resolved.

Once again we are having troubles sending and receiving emails (tried webpage, iphone & Microsoft Outlook) . This seems to be a more frequent problem (one every couple weeks). The last email i received was Sunday evening. I know i should have received more because one of our employees told me he emailed me, i cc'd myself (from my home email) and i had another employee try emailing from his home computer and received none of them. Problem is, i don't know if existing or potential clients have tried to email anyone.

When you call the support phone number 800-986-0958 they refer you to your account login and say click on "get help". As far as I can tell "get help" link does not exist. When my service is down I expect someone to take the report and do something.

We are also currently having email problems at our workplace - still not able to send or receive emails this morning, and have time sensitive emails that need to be sent. Had similar issues recently.
