UPDATE 11:05 AM MST: While the webmail issue clears up, we are still receiving reports of failed login attempts. If you are still having issues, please let us know here.

09:30 AM MST: We are aware of the issues with logging into your webmail. Our developers and engineers are working to have this issue resolved. We will continue to post updates here.

Logged in, and couldn't send any emails per some errors. I logged out and tried to log back in and now I can't log in at all.

Our engineers are working with the servers, this may be causing the sessions to expire. We are currently working on this issue with the webmail.

We are still having issues logging in too. My employee hasn't been able to get on all day. I kept getting kicked off earlier, and then couldn't get on at all, but thankfully could get on after trying some more. Am hoping to stay on and not get kicked off again! Unfortunately my employee hasn't been able to do her job today. When is this going to be resolved? It is always something with this email it seems.

My employee said she was finally just able to get into the email. I have not logged out as I'm hesitant I won't be able to get back in if I do.

While on the subject of email, do you know why I'm not able to delete emails from my Iphone? It always gives me an error message saying the email couldn't be moved to trash. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cannot login to email. One email logs in another doesn't!!! Beyond frustrating!

Step 5 shows you where to find your account, but step 7 begins clearing this up.


Kinnikinnick, what is the email? Also, if it is mentioning invalid credentials, have you tried updating the password?

Yahoo emails are taking up to 4hrs to get to them.  I have customers waiting for emails and this a problem.  Same issues that have been happening for two years on and off.  Just fix it once and for all.  Embarrassing to do business like this.

Having issues with sending/receiving emails using Outlook. Was working fine until a few days ago. Sent an email from my account, get a reply stating not able to deliver. On other account, won't get emails for couple of days, then receive all at once. Is it possible that the server issues are affecting this as well?

Haven't tried. Most emails are done through Outlook. I'll send a test email out and see if that works.

Sent a test email out through Webmail to the second account and it has not been received yet. Used the second account to reply back to the first account and received it. The second account seems to be working fine now, but the first account is still having issues getting the email through. I can see it in the sent folder in Outlook and Webmail, but it's not getting through to the second account.

Below is the source code. I checked the second account on Webmail and I can see the below email in the inbox. However, it's not showing up in Outlook and I'm not getting any error codes when sending/receiving in Outlook. Eventually the second account will receive it, but it may take a couple of days.

So sending from tyepd70@cityoftye.org to policechief@cityoftye.org did or did not arrive in a reasonable time? Which account is the second account you are sending to? Is it consistent to a mailbox in the email delay?

Sending from tyepd70 to policechief arrived in Webmail, but not Outlook. policechief is the second account. policechief is the account that is taking about 2 days to receive emails, from the time sent, from any email account.

So it does make it to webmail right away, but not Outlook? It delays for a couple days getting to Outlook? What version of Outlook are you using?

What you are telling me makes no sense to me. IMAP means Outlook is looking at the server. If you see it in Webmail, you should see it in Outlook at the same time.

I am not sure what could be the problem. If you see it in Webmail, then it has arrived in your inbox. There must be something wrong with your Outlook. I'm trying to look in to what that might be.
