UPDATE 11:05 AM MST: While the webmail issue clears up, we are still receiving reports of failed login attempts. If you are still having issues, please let us know here.

09:30 AM MST: We are aware of the issues with logging into your webmail. Our developers and engineers are working to have this issue resolved. We will continue to post updates here.

Logged in, and couldn't send any emails per some errors. I logged out and tried to log back in and now I can't log in at all.

Our engineers are working with the servers, this may be causing the sessions to expire. We are currently working on this issue with the webmail.

We are still having issues logging in too. My employee hasn't been able to get on all day. I kept getting kicked off earlier, and then couldn't get on at all, but thankfully could get on after trying some more. Am hoping to stay on and not get kicked off again! Unfortunately my employee hasn't been able to do her job today. When is this going to be resolved? It is always something with this email it seems.

What you are telling me makes no sense to me. IMAP means Outlook is looking at the server. If you see it in Webmail, you should see it in Outlook at the same time.

I am not sure what could be the problem. If you see it in Webmail, then it has arrived in your inbox. There must be something wrong with your Outlook. I'm trying to look in to what that might be.
