These outages at Homestead are far to frequent. I run a membership based organization including a web store and I have already lost 4 new members this morning along with 5 new store orders because of this outage!!!!  At this point Homestead is causing me to lose too much money.

When will these continued outages be fixed at a level that doesn't happen so often and when will Homestead be replacing the web building features they have taken away with other suitable replacements?  i.e.  You removed the chat box feature and other items from the Web Site builder and have not replaced these features with any other services. There has not been a FONT style update in over 16 years I have been here, which is ridiculous. Many new improvements need to be done to the site builder period.  If you keep taking away features and not improving the service, I do not see how many people will remain customers!!!!

Hi Mike0203,
We understand that it is a huge inconvenience whenever websites go down. We are focused on trying to prevent this from happening, and when it does, we make it a goal to have things back up as soon as possible.

The features you mentioned, do you use Sitebuilder Plus or are you using the Sitebuilder Desktop?

If you log into Homestead.com, you can see that you have the option to edit with Sitebuilder Desktop as well as Sitebuilder Plus. There are many improvements with the Sitebuilder Plus, very specifically in this case, fonts; a bunch of new fonts were introduced earlier last year

Are there any plans to increase either SiteBuilder application with more progressive and modern web site features and abilities?  I know you used to have a chat box feature that was removed. Many other things were adjusted or removed as well, but nothing has been added back in there place that would allow users to access some of the more popular features available on other Web site builders.
