"Your domain transfer was unsuccessful." We did NOT request a transfer!!! What does this mean?

The link to "click here" isn't loading and our business website is down. We have owned this domain for many years and homestead has hosted the site for more than four years. I need help getting this resolved quickly and getting the website back up and running. BTW - it's Friday night right now and the office is closed until Monday. Ugh!

You saw this when you went to your account, under the domain tab, correct?
That domain was attempted to be transferred to Homestead in 2014 and has been that way ever since, according to our records. This is not something new. Your domain that I see you have been using for years is draculasdomain.net, not .com. That site works fine for me. If you would like, I can delete the .com since it isn't actually on your account.
