"Unexpected server error"

Hello,

I'm trying to choose a design for a new website and once I select one, I get this message: "You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later."

I tried two days ago as well and had the same problem so I waited until this evening to give it another go and had the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Somehow the system has allowed you to create 3 accounts with the same email address. It should not allow that. The problem is that the email address is used in connecting the website to the builder and with 3 accounts it can't find the right one. I can get this fixed for you. The other option would be to change the email address on the current account and create a new site. What is your preference?

Ok, had a feeling it was something like that. If you can fix it to where I only have one account with that current email address, that would be great.

I am very sorry. I am trying. It had to be sent to our development team, which is primarily working on PCI compliance requirements at the moment. I will prod them a little.

I know it’s not your fault, and I’m certain you’re still working on it, but can I get a status update? Should I start a new account perhaps with a different email address?

Well, I was going to create one for the business I’m starting that will be used on this site , but I haven’t done it yet. If I created that email and gave it to you, would you be able to get me set up with a new account?

If you create a brand new email address there should be no problem. You can create the account right from Homestead.com

i have the same problem.  how do i fix it?  my domain is www.magnoliascarlette.com and the email that should be associated with it is magnoliascarlette@gmail.com.  Thanks for any help fixing this!
