. SiteBuilder says I'm NOT connected to the internet, but clearly I am.

When I try to publish it says to connect the internet, but I am connected. I just updated with Windows 10, called yesterday and got the "fix", SiteBuilder is coming up, but will not let me publish

The windows 10 update may have caused compatibility issues as the desktop builder is becoming outdated. For a better experience, support and troubleshooting assistance, we strongly recommend our customers to use Sitebuilder plus online by logging in at Homestead.com and accessing the site from websites manager. However, if you wish to use the desktop version you can follow the steps in these articles to attempt to reconnect the old software.
