"Server Error" when trying to go into "Website Manager", resolution status?

I am trying to get into the website manager, but I keep getting the response, "You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later."

This has been an issue since yesterday. Can you tell me when a resolution is expected?

What browser are you using? Try opening your homestead website manager using Chrome.

Are you using Sitebuilder desktop, SB+ or the new Webuilder software?

Does it matter? It isn't even letting me get to the part where I can choose which website to work with. Hold on, maybe a picture would help.

I click "Websites Manager" on this screen:

Then this happens:



Normally you go to the screen where you can check your stats or pick a website to work on. I haven't changed anything about the computer or the process since the last time I logged in on Friday.
