"Publish" isn't working

I just updated my site www.usscapricornus.homestead.com on June 2 but when I hit "Publish," the updated site is not appearing. What does appear under www.usscapricornus.homestead.com is the same as before. ??

REFRESH: Try a F5 to Refresh your browser.
Publishing will be prohibited if you've exceed your page limit or your storage limit. Your account allows for 25mb of disk space. You are attempting to exceed that amount, so it will not publish. You may add 1gb of space for $2/month, or you can look in the file manager and see if there are files no longer on a page that you can delete to free up some space.

Did you try opening the page in an incognito window (or private window) of your browser?

I've noticed that sometimes if I can't see changes right away in a regular browser window, I can see the changes in an incognito window of Chrome (or private window of Safari).

Also, did you already try clearing you cache?

You are attempting to publish a 6th page on a 5 page account. You can upgrade to 15 pages for $2/month or remove a page. Do not remove the siteerror404 page. It is a system page and does not count towards your page quota.
