"No messages found in this mailbox"

When I sign on to my homestead account (whether via my laptop or phone), I there are no messages appearing in my inbox, sent mail, or trash, but appear in drafts, and junk.  Need this remedied!  I have a meeting tomorrow and I need to get the documents in an email!

Hello,

I looked into Roundcube and I see 720 message in the inbox an about 14,000 messages in total in this email box. Log in here to access all emails. If you are checking email from your phone, verify all the email settings are entered correctly in order to connect to our server and view message from another email client.
