I just started using the "contact us" button on my website instead of just displaying my email address. I've received one that I need to reply to, but it looks like I can not just hit "reply" and respond to my client. It looks as if I'll need to start a new email which will then not include his original message. Am I correct? Thanks

The contact us button avoids you having to "show" you email to everyone who visits ( goodness knows we all get more than enough spam email) so the form allows a customer to contact you. However, the form will arrive in your email as "you have received" etc.... what you cannot do is click reply, because it will go back to Homestead. You will need to copy and paste your customers email address from your form to email them back.
