Websitebuilder not connecting to internet for editing

You can see notes that it tells me to connect to the internet, but I am connected.

The downloaded software is outdated and it is strongly recommended to convert to Sitebuilder plus online at Homestead.com for editing. The pages can be uploaded online for editing.
