Store Shipping Charges

Hello,

I am very close to having my new website and store finished - the problem I have is I can't see where to integrate the shipping for my products. I have the option selected in the advanced features but I see nowhere to set it up. My customers buy multiples of the same item so I need to be able to set up shipping charges based on the cumulative weight total of the items and not individually.

I will contact support but the issue I'm having isn't with the shipping service it is with the website builder not being the same as the example you sent me.
