Okay, first can you change the email address on file for this new account? I can't open the old one while this one exists with the same address. Let me know when that's done and I can reopen the old account.

Once the old one is re-activated i will divert back my subscription on that old acct. In fact that was my original plan - to use my old subscription but unfortunately i don't have access anymore after so many months of inactivity on that project. So I decided to create new subscription on the same email add. Which later on i realized was not a good idea after all. So if you can help me restore back to my old acct for my project i would really appreciate it. By the way I'm edison i created that old acct and started editing the website according to my client specs but only just this month he decided to proceed on that project. So i shall appreciate it very much your kind assistance on this matter.

Hello Elyzabethv - I think I will just use my new acct. I have already started the editing and development process of the project. I will just ask for a different kind of support when I need it in the future while the development is in progress. I understand your too busy right now. Thanks for your time.
