how to link buttons to pages in website builder

My question is the same on linking. Pages as well as another of my sites need to be linked to buttons on the front page.

mine is linking buttons to pages. (so if a person wants to go "Back" to the home page after scrolling down and reading it, they can just click a button "return to home page". or if i have a store button at the top of the home page they can click it and it will take them to the store.
