How do I view my file manager in WebsiteBuilder?

In my sites made with the SitebuilderPlus designer, I can view my file manager. But how can I view the file manager in sites that I create with WebsiteBuilder?

I found instructions for how to view a site's file manager in SitebuilderPlus (see https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/where_is_the_file_manager_located), but these instructions do not say how to view a site's file manager in the new WebsiteBuilder.
