DNS changes not working and website changes not publishing

On my www.glenkeltybooks.com website, I changed the DNS settings to get https, but the page is still coming up non secure. Today, I made some changes to my website and publishing them, but the changes are not coming up when I call up the the webpage on my browser. What is going on with your system? I haven't had this problem before.
