Unlocked domain but it won't transfer

I unlocked my domain - pearidgeumc.org - in order to transfer it, but it's been almost 7 days and the other domain host is saying the domain is still locked. Can someone help?

Hello, 

Your domain was still showing as locked in the account. I have unlocked this for you. You can try the transfer again.

I unlocked my domain name as well but have not received an authorization code, or EPP code that is needed by other platform?

Hello, 

After unlocking the domain, did you also remove domain privacy and click "Email your authorization code"? If so, can you try updating the domain contact information before resending it?
