I, Elana Laham, am expressing my gratitude to the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from BRAD who works for Homestead’s Technical Support Team. He was very professional. His customer care was impeccable.  He eagerly assisted me in a personable and polite manner, which put me at ease.  In addition, he was exceptionally patient.  I was anxious about two technical issues that had been plaguing my website for quite a while. He resolved them without any difficulty.  I was relieved.  He also was informative.  He willingly explained to me how he was able to fix the two technical issues. He did an EXCELLENT job.  Thank you!!!!!  I have forwarded my commendation of him to his Supervisor and to Compliance.
