Mobile Site Not Loading .... Suggestions?

I've developed a site here https://unitychurchdownriver.org/  Most of the site is working good, however when I go to load the site on my Android Phone, the Mobile site isn't loading, but rather it appears that the desktop site is loaded.  Why wouldn't my mobile site be loading on my Android Phone?  Any suggestions?
