404 - File or directory not found error

Ive tried picking several templates and i keep getting this error, I found a forum for the error and I have tried renaming/deleting site like it stated and still not working.

Hello,

If you are seeing this issue selecting a domain it is most likely due to having multiple accounts under the same admin email address. Please try updating the email on the account to something not used before and try selecting a template again. If there is still an error, add a new site and try again.
