SiteBuilder couldn't opened!

For the past few months I couldn't open my SiteBuilder, I am getting this message
"Internet connection required you must be connected to the internet the first time you log in with Homestead SiteBuilder. If you stay offline, you will be unable to log in. Once you are online, click connect to continue. If you’re already online, you may have software that prevents SiteBuilder from connecting"
Although I disabled internet security and defender but still I couldn't open it, may I got a help?
