Why is there no shipping method listed on my order?

Sometimes, you will see that there is no shipping method on an order in your system. This happens because of one of two reasons:

1.) It was a downloadble product, such as a gift certificate.

2.) It was a manual order and a shipping method was not chosen during the creation of the order.

Any order that is placed through the customer-facing side of your store will have a shipping method listed in the Order Details area, as long as it is not a digital item only order.
