Problem with Review Email in Bigcommerce

I have disabled product reviews in the Comments setting.  But my customers are still receiving an "Invitation to Review Products You've Recently Purchased".
 
How can I disable this email?  Or can the development department fix this problem?
 
How can I disable any email?  In the Emails tab in the Store Design settings, it will allow you to edit an email but it doesn't look like you can disable an email on that page.
