Bigcommerce Transition Problems

Since our storefront has transitioned to BigCommerce, some of our product pictures are no longer visable. Instead of the picture, there is either small a red x or a blue circle with a slash through it. Why is this? Also, some of the search terms we associated with certain products will no longer work. Help! Our customers are not happy with accessability of the new storefront!
