Bigcommerce is blocking my email.

I launched my website 2 days ago. I found out since then that Bigcommerce has temporarily blocked my incoming emails that are through Homestead. I was told from Homestead that it would take 24 - 48 hours for the email service to work again. It has been over 48 hours. I haven't received an email in since Thursday morning. Bigcommerce tech support won't help and Homestead tech support is closed for a long Labor Day weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions?
