You should upgrade your site to SB+ or websitebuilder. I doubt you'll find much help for Desktop sitebuilder. It's very old.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help with files missing from your computer and the desktop sitebuilder, but have you checked to see if these files are present in the online editor through your Homestead account?
