Who do I contact to switch an old site from the old sitebuilder to a rebuilt site in new sitebuilder?

I am one of the old school 1990's era sitebuilder software users, reluctantly I have started to use the new browser based software and I have "rebuilt" one of my old pages to the new software piece by piece, so now I need the new site to show in place of the old site.

Who do I contact about getting that done, is this something I tell homestead to do or do I go into godaddy and make adjustments or both?

Nervous but ready to make the change over to the new, have many other sites to rebuild too ugh.
