The EMAIL ME or CONTACT BUTTON can the words be changed on it?

I am trying to use the format of the Email Me and Contact button as my 'Sign Up For My Newsletter' button but can't changed the pre-set EMAIL ME or CONTACT ME text on the button. Is there a way to change the words on it?
