Still cannot logon to my account, sitebuilder will not open websites. Management's silence makes them Cowards!

Even though I can logon to my account, sitebuilder will not open my website so I can edit, save and publish. I would be much more tolerant of Homestead's problems if I could at least work on my websites. Slow would be a step in the right direction, but not being able to access my website shuts down my revenue goals for the holidays. My business is screwed. Management need to make announcements. They need to be accountable to their customers. Why do they shun the limelight? Cowards!
