Sitebuilder needs fixed!

Sitebuilder is not working, it will not connect to the internet. I spent all morning revamping my site, 5hrs of time I can't afford to lose as I work a lot.
I've uninstalled homestead on both computers I have and followed some instructions you posted a while back to fix this problem but it does not fix it, it's still offline and I cannot publish anything. Very frustrating, I pay over 300 dollars a year for this service, it's not good enough.
