RESOLVING DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WORKING FILE MENU AND PUBLISHED MENU

I need some help with my website, www.retreathomeowners.net. My published menu and the menu on my working file are different and I need to make them the same. I have tried adding and deleting pages according to the directions to include the file manager to add and delete. The instructions which I have printed out piece meal as I can find no place to go to on SiteBuilder to resolve a problem with out asking the question and waiting for an answer to be posted. I really need to get this cleaned up this week. Could someone please help me with this.
