I cannot get my page to publish correctly

The home page will not publish like the rest of my pages. Some of the issues are in the header/navigation bar which is suppose to be the same on every page. Some of the problems are lower down with my 'visit us on FaceBook tab that is edited the same as on every other page. Please Help
