How much longer will our website be down? Are we going to get some kind of credit for this?

I am unable to view my website online and Ive had several clients email me trying to gain access to my website. What is going on? Im current with my payment. Will I get some sort of credit for this. I am able to update my site but it wont come up when you type in the url.
