How do I access Homestead's new online gallery of web templates as an existing customer?

I have been with Homestead for 10 year and have spent thousands of dollars. When a new customer comes to the site and starts to build a website, they are given choices from a huge gallery of (better) designs. When I go and try to build a new website, I am given the old (tired, not-so-fancy) choices. How do I get to Sitebuilder online to pick from this new gallery? Surely it isn't accessible only to new customers. I spend almost $200/mo with Homestead. Thanks, E
